The purpose of this Personal Data Protection Policy is to describe how immew, our subsidiaries (“immew”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) collects, uses and shares information about you (“user”, “customer”, “student”, “you”, “your”, “yours”) through our online interfaces (e.g., websites and mobile applications) owned and controlled by us. We are not able to collect and use your Personal Data without our consent. We gather two types of Personal Data about users through the site.

    When users come to our Site, we may track, collect, and aggregate information indicating, amount other things, when they were visited and which hyperlinks were clicked. We also collect information from the URLs which linked to our Site. We understand the importance of taking precautions to protect the privacy and safety of minors using immew products and services. Minors under the age of 20, or equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction, are allowed to create their own account on our Sites along with their parent’s consent. A parent must review and agree to the Personal Data Protection Policy as well as allows us to collect, use, disclosure their minor Personal Data under controlled by minor’s parent before they can begin the account creation process for their minors. If we learn that we have collected, used, disclosured the Personal Data of a minor under 20, or equivalent minimum age depending on jurisdiction, outside the above circumstances we will take steps to delete the minor’s personal data as soon as possible. If at any time a parent needs to access, correct, or delete data associated with minor’s account, they may contact us through one of the options provided at the contact us section.

Disclosure to Third Parties

We are not able to use and/or disclosure your Personal Data to others without your consent except the collection of Personal Data without consent mentioned earlier.
